Booking and Payment Policy:
a. All reservations must be made in advance, either online or over the phone.
b. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
c. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
b. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
c. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund.

Age and Weight Restrictions:
a. Participants must be at least 8 years old to take part in our riding activities.
b. The maximum weight limit for participants is 250 pounds.

Riding Attire and Safety Gear:
a. All riders are required to wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and a provided ASTM/SEI-certified riding helmet.
b. Personal helmets are permitted but must meet ASTM/SEI standards.

Liability Waiver:
a. All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any riding activity.
b. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

Health and Physical Fitness:
a. Participants must be in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent them from safely participating in horseback riding activities.
b. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in riding activities.

Weather Policy:
a. Elk Mountain Riding Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule riding activities due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
b. In the event of cancellation, we will make every effort to reschedule your activity or provide a full refund.
